Chocolate-coffee cheesecake
Cheesecake. Gentle cream with a slight bitterness in the thin sand basket. Found this coffee a miracle in the Internet. The name left the original. Thanks to the author mirsladostey.

Ingredients

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Pudding vanilla

    40 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Instant coffee

    3 tsp

  • Cookies

    250 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

In a blender sent the cheese and sour cream.

Whisk until smooth.

Add eggs, sugar, pudding and salt. Whisk.

Add instant coffee and melted chocolate. Whisk.

Turns smooth, homogeneous, creamy mass. At the time put it in the fridge.

In a blender mix the biscuits, coconut and softened butter.

Grind until smooth. It turns sticky and oily mass. From it will sculpt the basket.

The form for baking (I have a diameter of 21 cm, in the original recipe - 15 cm) vistream with parchment paper, lightly grease with butter. Distribute sticky mass in the form of a uniform layer.
