Cooking
In a blender sent the cheese and sour cream.
Add eggs, sugar, pudding and salt. Whisk.
Add instant coffee and melted chocolate. Whisk.
Turns smooth, homogeneous, creamy mass. At the time put it in the fridge.
In a blender mix the biscuits, coconut and softened butter.
Grind until smooth. It turns sticky and oily mass. From it will sculpt the basket.
The form for baking (I have a diameter of 21 cm, in the original recipe - 15 cm) vistream with parchment paper, lightly grease with butter. Distribute sticky mass in the form of a uniform layer.
Pour in the basket of chocolate-coffee mass. Bake in a preheated 180ºC oven for 50 minutes.
Allow the cheesecake to cool completely in the form. Then carefully extracted and removed from the parchment.
