Description

Ribs with potatoes
I suggest you to prepare a delicious and filling dinner for the whole family. Juicy and melt in your mouth ribs in an interesting sauce with potatoes on the side. There is certainly no one can remain indifferent, especially the strong half. Love this sauce, you can marinate the chicken, meat and even potatoes before baking, but not only pickling, but also to serve the dish on the table. To the sauce I added grated in mashed Apple, but you can take and ready-made applesauce. Hot peppers you can substitute with paprika if you like poslaju. After cooking, the sauce is stored in the refrigerator.

Cooking

step-0
The ribs cut into portions. Choose these as you like, fatter or's lean.
step-1
To prepare the ingredients for the sauce. You can of course add any spices to your taste, but it seems to me that the taste is so rich and nassen and does not require something else.
step-2
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan. The Apple and the garlic to turn into a puree or to add a ready (e.g. baby food from the jar). Add sugar to taste, try, we just love sweet so I put more. Salt is not necessary, as we have Kikkoman soy sauce.
step-3
Add water and put on fire, stir to boil for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
step-4
Sauce leave to cool slightly,2-3 tablespoons add the ribs and leave for an hour.
step-5
Then we put the ribs on a baking sheet, pre-peeled and cut potatoes, which we also smeared with sauce. Sent bake in the oven 200C. for 45 minutes, then turn the ribs and another to pester until Golden brown. Potatoes by that time was ready.
step-6
Lay on plates and enjoy a delicious lunch with beloved family.
