Cooking
Skip the garlic and peeled ginger through a press.
Now slightly fry in a pan with vegetable oil over low heat.
Cut the meat into thin strips.
As soon as the garlic in the pan begins to crackle, add the meat and fry on high heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the sauce: grind in a blender the peanuts until fine crumbs.
To the crushed peanuts add the soy sauce, sugar and 3 tablespoons water. Season with salt and pepper to taste and carefully mix in blender to puree. The sauce is ready.
Meat remove from the heat, pour into a dish and add prepared peanut sauce. Sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro, drizzle with lime juice. Serve with boiled rice. Bon appetit!
