I decided to try a recently acquired form for chebureks. And I share my dough recipe for them. The filling can be any, so it did not publish.

Cooking
Flour, corn and wheat to sift through a sieve. Add 2 eggs and salt.
Add vodka and water. Vodka to the dough during frying was covered with beautiful "bubbly ". I assure you that all the vodka will evaporate and tasted pasties, you can get behind the wheel. Unless, of course, not to take the vodka separately)))
Roll out the dough as thin as possible.
On the form put the dough and stuffing. The filling can be any of your choice from boiled eggs with greens to Apple butter. If there is no form, you can take a bowl of medium size, according to diameter to cut with a knife the dough in half to put the stuffing and blind, like a big dumpling. And fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
