Description
Love to cook meat for this recipe. The ribs can be replaced by other meat, veal, duck or nutria. A very aromatic, prunes gives a very nice touch, tomato and lemon is well marinated and the marinade we have turns into a delicious sauce. The time for marinating adjust for yourself if you plan to cook for dinner, then marinate it in the morning if for dinner, then at night. Try it, you will not regret!

Cooking
The ribs cut into portions. Better not use frozen and fresh.
Onions, tomatoes and a lemon cut into slices or half-rings.
Meat to salt, add spices. Then stir with the lemon slices, onions and tomatoes. All mash well with hands and leave to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Prunes soaked with cognac and cover with a lid. Leave overnight in the fridge.
In the morning get the ribs from the refrigerator. Remove from the marinade and dip a paper towel from the extra juice. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry until Golden brown.
The marinade that is left of the meat, don't throw away, it will serve us a delicious sauce.
It need to be whipped in a blender to puree and pour into the pan with fried meat. Cover and simmer on low heat until soft edges, until tender.
When ribs are tender, pour our brandy with plums in the pan with the meat and allow to protushitsya without lid for 5 minutes.
Can be served with any side dish, but we love it just with some bread. Very tasty!
