Cooking
Make a biscuit. Share the whites with the yolks, beat whites for 5 minutes, add the sugar and beat for another 10 minutes. Beat separately the yolks that are added to proteins, stir. Gradually add the flour premixed with baking powder. Grease a form with butter and put to bake. If in the oven, at 170 degrees for 35 minutes;I do it in a slow cooker on bake mode and bake for 45 minutes.
While the cake is baked, make the cream. Take butter and beat with a mixer with two banks of condensed milk until smooth. Cut bananas circles.
By the time the cake is ready, while it's still hot to get out of shape and cut thread into 3 layers. Each cake is well lubricated with cream and laid a layer of bananas.
