Description
Staccato traditionally prepared in the autumn, when the grapes was ripe. For this bake using black grapes. It is thanks to the grapes, a cake is wonderfully fragrant. Its name is derived from the words "staccare" (Cassie — pin).

Cooking
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add flour and sugar and knead the dough. Then remove the dough for 30 minutes in a warm place and wait, when it will rise.
Then form grease with oil, put the dough and flatten with your hands. On top put the halves of grapes, lightly pressing it into the dough. Bone from grapes it is desirable to remove.
Leave the dough to rise for 40 minutes.
Cake a little sprinkle with brown sugar and bake in a hot oven for about 30 min.
