Mackerel stuffed with steam
One of our favorite home recipes-mackerel steamed with spicy marinade. The fish turns out tender, juicy, tasty and useful in both warm and cold. The spicy and aromatic marinade, you don't feel spetsificheski the smell of mackerel. Mackerel goes well with vegetables, but is especially delicious served it with boiled (in "uniform")potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    15 g

  • Berry

    2 Tbsp

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Sauce-marinade

Thawed mackerel, rinse well, clean out guts, remove the gills, fins, and eye sockets, dry with paper towel. Prepared fish marinade sauce-marinade sauce (4-5 tablespoons), for 30 minutes. Leek cut lengthways, remove the 6-8 layers, immerse the leaves of the onions in hot water for 10-15 minutes, place on paper towel to dry.

The remaining onions cut into rings, chop the parsley, add the berries, salt and pepper to taste. Lemon cut into thin rings. Marinated fish, spicy fill mixture (fill tightly, kneading).

Leaves leek lay overlapping on the cling film, in the middle of the leaf, lay slices of lemon stuffed mackerel on top salt, pepper, and let lemon slices, top off with another strip of lemon slices.

All this construction is wrap the leaves of the leek with the film. Fix a few more layers of film. Prepared fish put into the pan of a double boiler (the"free" space in a double boiler, fill a well-washed tubers of young potatoes) Cook 40-50 minutes (until cooked potatoes).

Prepared mackerel allow to cool slightly, then cut the tape, carefully remove flavored fish (mackerel spetsificheski the smell is not at all), peel the potatoes. The dish is delicious warm or cold (salad) option.
