Description

Pancakes in Czech with mince and cheese
A great alternative to our tanichka! Honestly, I've never had to visit the Czech Republic and even more so are the Czech pancakes. Therefore, originality is not claimed. Recipe found on the Internet, the author oxakal (Oksana) writes that these pancakes are different from ours in that they add a lot of garlic. A little recipe I have set up for yourself and that's what happened...

    0.5 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

step-0
Onion cut into cubes, carrots to grate and fry with beef until cooked, salt-pepper to taste.
step-1
For pancakes to combine grated on a fine grater potato, flour, egg, salt, pepper, 3 tbsp sour cream (the dough is not darkened), marjoram, baking powder, passed through a press garlic. All mix well.
step-2
Fry pancakes without cover from two sides in vegetable oil.
step-3
The author in her recipe fries in one large pancake (the whole pan) and then spread the stuffing on one half of pancake and covers the second. I decided a little different to do. Fried pancakes of medium size, spreading 1 tbsp. l "test", I have the pan placed 3 things.
step-4
Form for baking grease with butter. Spread the pancakes slightly overlapping on top of each other, from top to distribute the stuffing, brush with cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
step-5
Send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Pancakes in Czech baked in the oven with minced meat and cheese is ready! Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
step-6
Bon appetit!
