Roulade of rabbit
Very tasty roll made from tender rabbit meat with rice and vegetable sauce. For this recipe you will need only the backs of rabbits, the remaining parts can be used for the next dinner and to prepare, for example, a rabbit in a pot with red wine. More comfortable, ask the butcher to cut the rabbit for you, but if this is not possible, just separate the Chine bone from the meat thin sharp knife.
