Fish tarts with feta
An interesting variation on the fish tacos. Simple preparation, minimum of ingredients, and the result is a tasty elegant dish. Besides diet, because "cheesecake" is not fried, baked in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    300 g

  • Feta

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Roll

    2 slice

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Dill

  • Spices

Cooking

Pieces of bread soaked in milk. Veal loaf chop, add to the minced egg and spices (I have salt and Italian herbs), mix well.

Feta mixed with chopped dill (I rubbed with a fork).

Form round patties, put them in a form in which they are baked. I have a cast iron pan, it padstein baking paper. In each meatball, make a hole in it to put feta with dill.

Bake at 180-200 30-40 mins "Cheesecake" work, certainly not as rosy as pan-fried, but good. Bon appetit!
