Ingredients

  • Savoy cabbages

    3 piece

    60 g

  • Soy sauce

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

3 leaves of cabbage, blanch in boiling water 3-5 minutes or microwave for 3-5 minutes (see cabbage) boil the Rice until soft

Carrots to clear, RUB on a large grater, finely chop the onion. Fry all together until soft in vegetable oil

Put in a bowl

Add cooked rice, frozen peas

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman". Mix well. The stuffing is ready

Ramekins or any other form (for roasting) grease with vegetable oil and put them in the prepared cabbage

Stuff in the filling, tamping it with a spoon

The edges of the cabbage bend. Cook for a couple 30 minutes

Make a sauce. Mix pureed tomatoes with garlic, squeezed with chesnokodavilke, soy sauce"Kikkoman"

The finished stuffed cabbage roll on a plate and serve with the prepared sauce and fresh vegetables
