Another improvisation on the theme of the eggplant and zucchini

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    50 g

  • Greens

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Clean the zucchini and grate on a grater

They do the same with eggplant and selderey

onions finely chop

any greens finely chop (I in this case was cilantro, I love her very much)

put in a bowl

add the egg and flour, salt and pepper to taste, peremeshivaem

on the tray lay a parchment, grease with butter, to not stick to the pancakes (my first time it stuck)

put in oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180*C
