Description
Chicken casserole with a slight hint of lemon, mushrooms, tomatoes and potatoes. All this is covered with a Golden cheese crust! I don't know if a similar recipe on the website. Do not judge strictly, first time post.

Cooking
First you need to marinate the chicken: pour the meat with a spoon of soy sauce, add salt, pepper mixture, lemon juice, spices (optional) and thoroughly mix everything. Put into the fridge for a few hours.
Then prepare the rest of the products for casserole: chop the mushrooms, tomatoes, herbs and onions, three potatoes.
The dishes in which we bake, grease with butter and spread half of the potatoes, sprinkle a small amount of onion, salt, season.
Now put the chicken fillet.
On top lay the tomatoes, sprinkle with herbs, onion (reserve a bit for another layer).
Now add mushroom layer, pour the remaining onions.
Sprinkle with herbs, pour sour cream.
Again your potatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper, spices (I poured the marinade from the meat).
Grease it with mayonnaise (sour cream) and bake it in the oven for 50 minutes. Bake at 180-200 degrees.
While the dish is baked, three cheese. After 50 minutes, take out the casserole and sprinkle it with cheese. Again put in oven for 7 minutes. Casserole turns out tender fat for thrill-you can add mustard.
Get it and enjoy this delicacy. The next day, the casserole becomes even more delicious. All a pleasant appetite!!!
