Pie in Serbian with canned pink salmon
Inexpensive products drew my attention to this recipe, which I spied in teleperedacha "Sign of quality", production of which was devoted to canned salmon. Slightly modernized take you to court :)

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

  • Cheese

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

Knead the dough. About 0.5 stack. flour pour into a bowl. Softened butter RUB the flour on the grater to evenly distributed when mixed.

Add 0.4-0.5 l of lager. Knead the dough, as dumplings. Flour - how many will take it. I didn't weigh it, how much was spent on the dough. Put the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

While the dough "Matures", prepare the filling. Filling No. 1: 1 Bank of canned pink salmon (large bones to separate) onion finely chop, add chopped greens (I had dill and parsley) and crushed in a blender nuts.

Grind the stuffing No. 1 fork, diluting 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise. Filling No. 2: RUB on a grater cheese, eggs, RUB with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise. Here they are, two kinds of stuffing

Divide the dough into three parts

Roll out the dough to fit the form, place, grease the form of butter or sunflower oil, first layer. The first (lower) and second cakes sprinkled with cream, then distributing them evenly over the cakes.

Cover with next layer of dough. Don't forget to sprinkle the whipped cream and spread the filling No. 2.
