Cupcakes
My family loves these muffins. And I'm doing them with persimmons...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    5 g

  • Persimmon

    1 piece

  • Fat

Cooking

First beat in a mixer the eggs and sugar, then add flour mixed with cocoa, nutmeg, vanilla and baking powder. Bring to a homogeneous mass.

Form grease with cooking fat or oil. Pour the batter into the molds. Persimmon wash, cut off the skin and cut into small cubes. Spread out on the surface of the dough.

Put molds in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until cooked ( test torch ).
