Description
When you simply have no time and need to prepare some simple, quick, festive and hearty dish, this recipe helps me always! Harvesting can be done in advance and then just bake in the oven or on the coals on the grill. In "palm Sunday" invite you to taste this wonderful fish on a bed of couscous!

Cooking
Couscous, pour a small amount of hot water, add salt to taste and infuse.
Cut the foil the right size to have enough to wrap the steak, lightly grease the center of the vegetable oil and put it in the middle half of the couscous. For the couscous, put a trout.
Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, sprinkle with Basil, pour the lemon juice and put 2 thin slices of lemon.
Wrap in foil (I give the fish for at least 15 minutes to marinate) and send in a pre-heated oven to 200 degrees. for 20-30 minutes. This process forgot to photograph. You can bake the fish on the coals! The couscous absorbs the flavor of the trout! A complete dish: a side dish with fish! Very convenient to take along on a picnic!
