Chicken thighs, Asian style
In the winter, like never pull on the sharp. This recipe I have been since the summer, I watched him and finally decided to cook. It turned out very spicy, moderately sweet and incredibly delicious. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

  • Pineapple

  • Juice

    250 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Chicken thigh

    6 piece

Pepper remove seeds, wash well and finely chop. Add pressed garlic 10 tbsp pineapple juice, 1 tsp of sugar and 6 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Thighs wash and dry. Coat with marinade and leave for 30 minutes or more (I have 3 hours were).

Thighs then gently blot with a paper towel and bake (or roast) on the grill for 15 minutes on each side, periodically basting with marinade. Meanwhile, rings of pineapple cut into 3 pieces and fry them for 3-4 minutes in butter, sprinkle 3 tbsp.sugar.

After time, pour the remaining pineapple juice, bring to boil and pepper.
