Burgers
Vegetable cutlets with crab sticks.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    250 g

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Crab sticks

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Carrot peel and grate on the Korean grater.

Peel the potatoes and grate on the Korean grater.

Crab sticks cut into strips.

Onion peel and cut into half rings.

Greens grind.

Everything together and add the egg.

Add the mayonnaise, spices, starch. Mix everything and fry patties.

Cutlets fry from both sides on medium heat about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with sour cream or other sour sauce. Burgers and delicious hot or cold!
