Vegetable casserole
Simple to prepare and delicious casserole will appeal to young and spoiled husband :) The bright flavor is achieved in the summer when all the vegetables are fresh and tender. Young potatoes, green beans and tomatoes... Try and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Beans

    500 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Green olives

    0.5 can

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Cream

    0.5 l

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and fry until Golden brown.

Beans boil in salted water 10 minutes, cool.

Finely chop the onion, lightly fry. Add the beans, diced sliced tomato and finely chopped garlic. Fry for another 10 minutes.

All the vegetables put in a baking dish, add chopped olives (optional).

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Eggs lightly whisk with salt, pepper and herbs. Add grated cheese and cream.

Pour the vegetables and bake for 20 minutes at 200 gr. until Golden brown.
