Casserole with chicken and cabbage
Gentle casserole that is easy to bring to work for lunch.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.25 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

Boil chicken fillet. Cabbage to chop, pour over boiling water.

Onion and garlic sauté. Oatmeal grind.

Mix cottage cheese, egg yolks, oatmeal, mustard, 3/4 of the cheese, cauliflower, onion, garlic, chicken.

Beat egg whites with sugar, add to the mixture. Spread in a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 180-200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
