Spicy rice with vegetables
Flavorful dish, healthy and very tasty. Perfect for meat and fish.

Ingredients

    300 g

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

In a pan (better if cooked in a wok) pour olive oil. To warm up. Garlic crush the flat side of a knife. To put in heated pan. Add all the seasonings.

Add the rice. Fill with hot water.

Peel the pepper, cut into slices, add to the rice. Also add the peas, cauliflower and salt. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

All! Ready! Serve hot!
