Pie with broccoli and shrimp
Very tender and delicious cake will surprise your guests or delight loved ones at family dinner:)

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    400 g

  • Broccoli

    800 g

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Nutmeg

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The dough thawed at room temperature. To prepare the filling. Shrimp dipped in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, discard in a colander, cool.

Broccoli to thaw, put in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then with slotted spoon transfer to a bowl of ice water for 2 min.

On a floured work surface roll out the dough. Cut out a circle with a diameter slightly greater than the diameter of the mold for baking. Detachable form grease with oil, lay a parchment.
