Pie with apples and cinnamon

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Vegetable oil

Mix eggs with sugar and whisk into a homogeneous mass

There add a Cup of flour and baking powder - we get the dough for our Charlotte

Apples peel, cut out the middle and cut into cubes. To it add a tea spoon of cinnamon

The bottom and walls of the form lubricated with oil (vegetable or butter), pour a small portion of the dough so that it closed the bottom, lay the apples

Fill the apples to the remaining batter. I baked in a slow cooker, so cooking time was 60 minutes in the oven to bake for 40 minutes.
