Apple cake
Another variation of the pie with the apples. Took the recipe from the magazine "Lisa. My baby." The muffin turned out tender and flavorful. Quick and easy to perform.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Nuts

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    0.333 cup

  • Raisins

    0.333 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

1. Melt 60 gr butter in a frying pan. Add 2/3 Cup sugar, heat until the sugar is dissolved.

2. Apple wash and cut into slices. The pan remove from heat, spread out the apples in the pan with the slices so that the slices lay down the overlap. 3. Sprinkle apples with nuts (I did, as my replenish does not like lots of nuts)

4. In a large bowl, mix sifted through a sieve flour with baking powder, ground cinnamon and salt.

5. 60 g butter whipped with 1/3 Cup sugar. Drive egg, add milk, add flour mixture, nuts (I have almonds), raisins ( again optional).

6. Distribute the mixture on top of apples.

7. Bake at 180° C for 30 minutes. The finished cake carefully turn over onto a plate.

8. When serving the cake cut into pieces, each of which can be turned into a Swan: carefully cut the Apple with the two sides at a right angle – this will be the wings. So the flesh is not darkened, sprinkle the Swan with lemon juice or a few minute dip in a solution of citric acid.
