Vanilla-banana cake with fruit
A delicate cheese with incredible flavor, tender, moist structure and fresh fruit berries :) I'm more or less a novice cook... And I really wanted to try to make cake with fruit jelly on top! But how to choose the Foundation?.. Cheesecake.. Cake.. the House didn't have enough eggs or cottage cheese/curd cheese. And I decided to make a favorite method of "I was blinded him from what was". The Foundation took the recipe of banana cupcake, modernizing the form and adding vanilla flavor. Out wonder as well - the cake disappeared in minutes!

Everything is done incredibly easy and fast! In a bowl whisk egg with salt. Add milk. Then add mixed dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar. Add melted butter and whisk well. Cook 35-40 minutes (ready-defined dry skewer). take out the cake from the mold and allow it to cool. Meanwhile, chop the strawberry slices, banana slices. Jelly from the bag and cook according to the recipe on the package.

When the cake has cooled down a bit, with a sharp knife cut off the upper crust, just to "expose" our cake) It on the cut bit porous! We love moist cakes! If desired, it can not be cut..
