Description

Today, I ordinary ignorance will not be able to tell the story of the name of this dish. But all this is clearly that we are talking about the food of strong men, that is satisfying :) the sort of "takana" in Hungary a few, but what unites them is the use of prescription several types of meat. Like all Hungarian cooking, this dish is bright, rich and it even felt a kind of flavor "bouquet", of course, if you can apply this "wine" term in this case.

For this dish we take the meat-3 varieties - pork, beef and veal. And cut into small pieces as for stew.

In the fat, put chopped onion and fry, add the paprika. Quickly stir so that the paprika does not burn (or it will acquire an unpleasant taste and color is important). Immediately put the beef, salt it and simmer until then, until it has allocated evaporated juice.

Continue to simmer with the lid on, adding a little water or bone broth, about 30 minutes.

Simmer for another 20 minutes. Of course, the cap is periodically raised and with a spatula stir.

Now add the beef and continue to simmer.

When all the meat is almost soft, put it the diced green pepper and tomatoes and also bacon, fried in the beginning, and all together we extinguish to readiness. Well, the last Hungarian art smear is cream, thoroughly mixed with flour. Add gradually and continuously podrachivat the pan (in my case).
