Viewed recipes stuffed chicken legs, but have not found. Stuffed with nothing, just meat. Here's what came of it.

Cooking
Chicken legs wash, dry. With a sharp knife from the legs to remove the skin stocking so that the lower part remained on the bone. Bone to cut (it at all).
Gently slice the meat and chop. In forcemeat add salt, pepper, dry gelatin. And mix well.
Removed chicken skin fill with ready forcemeat. I tuck the leather inside and put seam down into the pan.
Lubricate the legs on top of mayonnaise with garlic. Fry chicken for 10-15 minutes minutes. Bring to readiness in the oven.
