I belong to the category of people who don't like Breakfast. But I have great pleasure in drinking a smoothie. I want to share with you one of my favorite drinks. Delicious, satisfying and nutritious. Just five minutes and Breakfast is ready! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    20 g

  • Cream cheese

    120 g

  • Strawberry

    250 g

  • Yogurt

    280 g

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Strawberry

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Oat flakes grind in a coffee grinder or mix with milk and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
