A simple and delicious version of Apple pie, which I liked. Recipe taken from the book "red cottage pies".

Cooking
The products we need for the test.
Milk heat to warm, crumble the yeast and add a teaspoon of sugar, stir until the yeast gets going and leave for a few minutes to stand up as pictured.
In a Cup add the flour, sugar, salt, vanilla or lemon zest (I take vanilla). Butter (can be margarine, I take margarine) to melt if hot, allow to cool slightly, I drown in the microwave. The flour and dry ingredients mix well, make in the middle deepening, to pour into the recess yeast mixture and start to mix, I stir with spoon, add melted butter or margarine and knead the dough. Roll the dough with a rolling pin or as I do, place them on a sheet covered with baking paper, and razravnyat hands in a smooth layer, a layer of about 1.5 cm to Give the test a time for 20-30 min.
While our dough is resting, prepare the apples. Wash the apples, peel from the skin, remove the core with seeds and cut into slices not thicker. On rasstavleny the dough with the Apple slices one on top of another in rows. Melt butter and brush it over the apples. Sprinkle with sugar and put in a preheated 200°oven for about 25 min. each oven bakes differently.
The finished cake to pull out, remove from sheet and cool better on the grill.
