Roses from brushwood
Crisp rosettes for tea or coffee.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

  • Powdered sugar

  • Cinnamon

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Milk, sour cream, egg yolks, sugar, salt and brandy and mix well.

Gradually add flour enough to knead the dough.

Roll the dough thin layer, as the noodles.

Cut out circles in three sizes.

The edges of the circles to make cuts.

To fold one upon the other (3 pieces) and flatten the middle.

Cut the dough, fry it in hot oil.

Ready brushwood take out the plug on the paper to glass oil.
