Strudel with spinach
Tasty, tender envelopes with spinach. Especially good hot.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    2 pack

  • Spinach

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Onion

  • Salt

Finely chopped onion fry with spinach.5 eggs to boil. Cheese and eggs to grate on a coarse grater and add to the spinach. Season with salt to taste.

The dough unwrap and cut into 6 equal parts. Same thing with the second package.

Sliced rectangular sheet of dough to divide into two parts and in the second half, to make perpendicular cuts.

For a whole half put the stuffing.

To close the second part and to take the edge gently with a fork.

Ready to put the strudels on a parchment paper covered sheet and brush with egg.Bake in the oven preheated to 160-180 degrees until Golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit!
