Lamb chops marinated dried tomatoes
Lamb with tomato acidity, very delicate.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    1.5 kg

  • Sundried tomatoes

    1.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Parsley

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    0.75 cup

Cooking

Dried tomatoes finely shinkuem.

To the tomatoes add the lemon juice and parsley shinkovannuyu. This marinade.

Lamb ribs wash, dry, add half of the marinade. Marinade for at least 2 hours. My ribs are marinated the day. Bake at 180* approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. The remaining half of the marinade and feta mix in a blender.

Add milk and bring the sauce to a puree. Put them in the cold for 10 minutes.

Serve ribs with sauce. BON APPETIT!
