Was looking for a recipe for Moo Shu pork, but not all of the ingredients were available, so I combined several recipes into one, got a flavorful meat sauce. Spicy, soft and fragrant. Anyone interested - have a look!

The meat is cut into not very small pieces
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mix ketchup, soy sauce, Thai sauce, garlic, pre-crushed, orange juice.

Then add the onions and pepper and simmer until cooked another 20 minutes.
Bean noodles or funezou fill with boiling water, leave for 5 minutes, then wash.
Spread in a deep dish noodles, top with pork. Decorate with greens, cherry tomatoes. Sharp, fragrant and delicious!
