Pork in Chinese style
Was looking for a recipe for Moo Shu pork, but not all of the ingredients were available, so I combined several recipes into one, got a flavorful meat sauce. Spicy, soft and fragrant. Anyone interested - have a look!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Onion

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

  • Ketchup

    2 tsp

  • Orange juice

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Noodles

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mix ketchup, soy sauce, Thai sauce, garlic, pre-crushed, orange juice.

Put the pork in a heated frying pan, ideally - in the wok, I did in a deep frying pan. Obzharivaem 5-7 minutes.

Bean noodles or funezou fill with boiling water, leave for 5 minutes, then wash.
