  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Every 1.5 cm across the zucchini to make deep incisions, taking pieces of flesh with a thickness of about 0.5 cm.

Invest in cuts circles of tomato and cheese, alternating them with each other. Salt and pepper the zucchini, pour oil. Wrap the stuffed vegetable in foil and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25 minutes.
