Roll lasagna with spinach and chicken

Ingredients

  • Lasagna

  • Spinach

    500 g

  • Green onions

  • Dill

The greens that we need.

Well my fresh spinach, dried and cut into small strips. A little sprinkle with salt and press with your hands so diminished in volume. If frozen spinach, defrost it and wring out the excess water.

Cut the green onion, saute it in olive oil. Put spinach, knead well and parboil for 2-3minutes. Add finely chopped dill and mint. A little potseluem and pepper. Set aside to cool.

Feta mash with a fork or three, to avoid large pieces.

10 sheets of lasagna boil for 2-3 minutes (I cooked one sheet at a time, so as not stuck together). Spread on the baking sheet 5 sheets 5 at the top and bottom overlapping to make one continuous sheet. Do the same thing with 10 other sheets and place in a separate third sheet of parchment.
