Pie caramel apples
A cake flavored with apples, drizzled with caramel, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    5 piece

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Cream

    40 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    20 ml

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle with oatmeal.

Melt the butter and fry the peeled and sliced apples. Put them in a baking dish.

In a pan pour the cream and add brown sugar. Stirring occasionally, bring to dissolve the sugar, and a small thick. Pour this caramel apples.

For the dough whisk eggs with sugar. Then add to it with milled oat flakes.

Add flour, baking soda, vegetable oil and boiling water. With a spatula gently mix it all.

Pour the dough on the apples and put in oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes. The finished cake cools.
