Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Flour

    460 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Starch

    40 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

1. Butter (margarine) bring to a soft state, stir with a whisk with sugar and vanilla sugar.

2. Stirring with a whisk add eggs one at a time.

3. Add in the billet of flour, starch and baking powder.

4. Knead the dough, covering and put into the fridge for 30 min.

5. Divide the dough into 48-50 balls, spread them on a baking tray with paper.

6. One end of a small nozzle with a pastry syringe to drop into cocoa and presses deep in the middle of each ball, forming the stem of the mushroom.

7. Bake mushrooms in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
