Cake
The recipe I have written as "the Cake with alcohol", but don't worry - the alcohol in this cake quite a bit. This recipe for 20 years, bake it almost constantly. Pre-cooked cakes can be stored for a long time: several months.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Vodka

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Soda

    3 tsp

  • Flour

    6 cup

  • Milk

    500 ml

Ingredients:

In a bowl put the butter (60g) and 1 Cup of sugar, put in a water bath. All to dissolve, remove from the heat and cool.

Add eggs, alcohol, honey and stir everything again to put in a water bath, bring to dissolve the honey, stirring constantly.

In a bowl add soda and continue stirring continuously:the mixture should turn white and not increase in size (with the water bath do not remove!)

Remove from the water bath bowl and immediately into the hot mass add flour.

Knead the dough and divide it into 8 -10 pieces. The dough rolled out better, need it to be warm. I put it in a bowl and put on a pot of warm water.

The form to grease with sunflower oil and sprinkle with flour, roll out thin cakes (diameter about 20 cm) and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until Golden brown, gently put on a plate, cut edge.

While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream: 1 tbsp. spoon with the top of flour and 1 Cup sugar mix, add 0.5 liters of milk, stir, bring to a boil. Cool and gradually add the softened butter, beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mass.
