For those who are partial to seafood. A quick dinner of squid with rice - delicate tubes will bring you great pleasure. Tried different squid: stuffed, steamed, in salads, in the form of meatballs or hot plate. But they liked the most. Crispy batter and tender plate of squid - a great combination for dinner. Recipe taken from the magazine "Love to cook", but the proportions are slightly changed. A similar recipe is on the site, but without the photos (http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/8426/). In addition, the experiment then managed not quite. Although I do not participate in the campaign "Coloring" (my photos are far from perfect), I hope this recipe will attract seafood lovers.

Cooking
We will need: squid, egg, flour, sour cream, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. In the shop you can see have been cleaned carcass of a squid, but if you get the same as me - don't be discouraged. To clean squid from the surface of the film is very easy - just rinse them with boiling water. I must say that for the price of these squids is much cheaper, and time for their cleaning will take 5 minutes not more.
Cleaned squid cut in half. Tail fins separate. To recapture, but without fanaticism, on both sides. To slightly season with salt and pepper.
Prepare the batter: mix the eggs, sour cream, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and flour. The batter should be like thick cream or batter for pancakes.
Dipping plate of squid in batter and fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Give squid to lie down on the plate for 5-10 minutes.
Collapse plate of the tube and serve with boiled rice. It is possible to decorate a slice of lemon or herbs. Bon appetit!
