Here's what you need to roll
In mayonnaise squeezing the garlic and mix thoroughly (this is the highlight of the roll).
Put the first sheet of lavash and spread it with garlic mayonnaise.
From top to grate on a coarse grater cooked sausage.
Then put the second sheet of pita bread and spread the garlic mayonnaise
Now grate cheese on a coarse grater
Then put the third sheet of lavash and again spread garlic mayonnaise
And sprinkle with chopped herbs (I dill and parsley - in 2 bunches each of green).
Now turn the roll. I have a rectangular lavash and wrap it, starting from the narrow side.
Then the top cover with foil and allow it to soak, it is better to leave overnight for impregnation.
Then cut it into pieces with a width of 1-1,5 cm, put on a dish and served to the table!
