Cooking

step-0
Prepare the products.
step-1
The liver thoroughly wash, clean from films and cut into pieces of about 3x3 cm.
step-2
Liver slices dip them in flour and quickly fry in hot pan in small amount of oil until Golden brown. Fry liver (2-3 minutes each side), put in a plate and allow to cool a little so as not to burn yourself.
step-3
Meanwhile, the bacon cut into thin slices (if you have ready the meats - the better). Leeks cut into slices 0.5 cm thick. Every piece of fried liver wrap a strip of bacon and strung on skewers, alternating with rings of leeks. On a foil lined baking sheet lay the finished skewers and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. In the middle of baking turn.
step-4
For the sauce, mix the ketchup and mayonnaise, add crushed garlic and chopped walnuts. Stir well and serve with finished skewers. Bon appetit!
step-5
I of-course don't use any spices nor salt, but if you find it necessary, you can lightly salt the liver before frying - just do not overdo it!
