Cooking
Bow clean, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Add carrots, grated on a coarse grater and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add finely chopped dill and salt to taste. Simmer the vegetables until almost cooked.
Pour in the cream. Wait until they boil and add the seafood mix. Simmer all for another 5 minutes after boiling.
Out of the seafood cocktail sauce (the sauce that we still need) and stuff them cancelloni, boiled until soft. I have the package was written to cook for 11-15 minutes, I boiled for 10 minutes.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil and put the stuffed cancelloni.
All pour cream sauce, which we cooked seafood cocktail.
The three cheese on a small grater and sprinkle cancelloni. Put all in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
