Cancelloni with sea cocktail
Cancelloni stuffed with sea cocktail in a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Seafood

    500 g

  • Pasta

    20 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Bow clean, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Add carrots, grated on a coarse grater and fry for another 5 minutes.

Add finely chopped dill and salt to taste. Simmer the vegetables until almost cooked.
