Cooking
Sweet ripe pear cut in half, remove the core. Top to make strips-cuts.
Ready puff dough lightly roll out, put on top of the pear and cut with a knife the excess, retreating half an inch from the edge of the pear.
Coat the dough with whipped egg pinch of sugar. Sprinkle the dough and the pear (in cuts) cane sugar. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes until Golden brown.
