Description
Due to certain circumstances can not eat salt, sugar. But to feed my family only "diet" food believe is wrong. My men (sons and husband) love pizza. My many years of ability in baking is pies, pies, well, etc. has always been and eaten at the "CHEERS", but the pizza always turned out on the lush test. Good? No doubt, but rich in calories! Was fond of finding online forums and found the same recipe for thin pizza dough without yeast, sugar and even salt. If you met this recipe, I apologize in advance. The dough is crispy and surprisingly tasty. Done on the water. On one pizza my size (28 cm) were made of 200 grams of flour, water and olive oil. Well, filling any. I had Russian cheese, tomato, tomato paste, canned pineapple and spices. In my case it is oregano, but Basil would be appropriate. These spices Italians certainly add to the tomato mixture. Let's see what I got. Yesterday football made 2 pizzas. Breakfast was nothing. Strictly judge not, and suddenly when you want it quick to prepare the dough for this popular dish.

Cooking
My products: Flour, olive oil, oregano, pineapple, cheese, salt (for sauce), peeled tomato. Well, water because the photo was not hit, I will describe it in steps.
The author of the recipe on the 1st place put for the dough water, and one pizza I kneaded it on the water, but the second - on milk (as the author). The big difference I noticed. The original recipe specified a quantity of liquid, and says only that the dough should not stick to the hands, but at the same time to be flexible. It took me about as much as I indicated in the ingredients. Mix in a food processor, and then on the working surface.
While preparing the filling, the dough is rested, not in the refrigerator, and on your desktop. Prepared the filling: cheese rubbed on a coarse grater, tomatoes cleaned under hot water and rubbed on a fine grater. Mixed grated tomato (without core) with tomato paste. Added salt and oregano. Carefully stir. The sauce added olive oil. Pineapple just cut cubes. This stuffing I saw in the pizza.
Now is a good time to roll out the dough. If you do not succeed exactly in diameter to roll out your dough, simply cut it with a rolling pin on the top surface of the mold, but be sure to leave the sides. Oh, and don't forget to grease the given roll, even if you have a form of Teflon.
Well, now filled with stuffing our pizza. Since my family likes tomato sauce, I always use it liberally. This will be the first layer.
But if you use your toppings and they have a bow, the bow needs to go the second layer, but if the bow you have green or red, the better they sprinkle the pizza before the cheese, and the cheese should be last layer. Well, I have the following layer - grated cheese.
The culmination of the moment: scattered arbitrarily slices of pineapple.
All this while I was preparing the ingredients for the pizza, I warmed up the oven. Depending on your oven temperature may vary from 190 to 220 degrees. Baking time my pizza was 20 minutes. The pizza turned out just crispy (as in pizza).
In the photo it may seem that the dough is not very thin, but I assure you that it is a "photographer"- I mean husband.
