For years, it so turns out that the less I crave meat and increasingly want to fish. Suddenly you're like the fish that in my youth only barely tolerated. That happened to us this story. We loved the fish. Prepare it now with pleasure, in different ways, trying different recipes and variations. This recipe has some unusual ingredients. Turned out to be very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Flour

  • Dark chocolate

  • Spices

Chop the onion very finely and fry in half the norm of butter, add the flour and fry. Pour a glass of hot water and stir well sauce, to avoid lumps. Add the wine, chocolate, spices, pepper and salt. Bring to boil and boil for a few minutes on low heat. Form for baking grease with oil, put pieces of fish, pour sauce and place in a hot oven. Bake 30 minutes at 180*C.

Mushrooms clean, cut into slices and saute in the remaining oil. 10 minutes before end of roasting add them to the fish. Serve with rice.
