Meatballs in sauce with cilantro
Fragrant spicy dish for lovers of cilantro. I myself fresh cilantro don't like, but in finished form (adding it when cooking) - love.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    900 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

    2 coup

  • Baton

    3 slice

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

In minced meat add soaked in water, the flesh of the bread, finely chopped or chopped in a blender onion, pepper and salt. I added a little cool boiled water. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands.
