  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Meat cut into medium-sized strips, mushrooms - slices, carrots three on a grater, onion finely chop.

Fry in vegetable oil meat until pale Golden brown.

Add the mushrooms, carrots and onions and stew under a cover on a small light for 5-10 minutes.

Add sour cream, salt, pepper to taste and simmer until the meat is tender for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

The ready dish is served with fresh vegetables, rice, buckwheat or mashed potatoes. I had the buckwheat.
