Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Onion

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Apple

    400 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Prepare all the ingredients. Pork cut into bars with a length of 3-5 cm and 1-2 cm thick, slightly repel, salt, sugar, spices. Onion cut into half rings. Apples peel and core.

In a well-heated pan put the prepared meat and fry in its own juice and butter 5 minutes, all the while turning, add the onion and cook for another 1-2 min.

Then add the flour, dried as for the sauce, and stir, then put the chopped apples. Fry all together 5 minutes. Fill dish with broth. Boil.
