Cooking
Beat 3 eggs with sugar. The last egg need for greasing before baking.
To the eggs add the softened butter, warm milk, salt, flour and yeast "SAF-moment" quick. Mix thoroughly, add more flour. Put the dough in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. It well rise.
After that knead the dough. It's very delicate.
2/3 roll out dough into a rectangle with a thickness of 2-2,5 cm Cover the baking paper, grease with oil, place the dough on it. The apricots should be washed, dried and spread on the dough. Of the remaining dough to make thin strips and lay them on top of the bars. Grease the pie with egg, then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
